Q: How long
will my wedding video be?
A: Our wedding videos run an average of 60-75 minutes. We
have found this to be a good compromise between having enough
material to cover most important moments and not being too
slow or boring.
Q: What kind of equipment do
you use?
A: We use only the latest 3-chip digital DVcam with excellent
low-light capability so that little or no additional lighting
is needed. Our entire production process is completely digital
so that there is no loss of image or sound quality in the
transfer.
Q: Will you
interrupt our dinner guests by asking them a bunch of questions?
A: Absolutely not. We take pride in being
as unobtrusive as possible and documenting your wedding as
it happens. There will be no posing for the camera or putting
people on the spot to say something. We want the video to
accurately capture the mood of your wedding without adding
anything fake.
Q: What about your payment
procedures?
A: A refundable deposit of $500 dollars is
due when you make your reservation - if you decide to cancel
60 days or more prior to your wedding this deposit is returned.
If it's less than 60 days to the wedding, this deposit is
non-refundable. The remaining balance is due on or before
your wedding day. We accept cash, checks and money orders.
Credit cards can also be used via PayPal.com.
Q: Will I
receive a contract?
A: Yes. After you make a reservation, a contract
will be sent to you, which you will sign and return with your
deposit.
